Who is James H Leckie? In earlier years, Jim managed a livestock auction, then later became chief financial officer for a retail chain for six years. He has been in the public accounting practice in Manitoba and Alberta now for nearly 50 years. Jim is the founder of Leckie & Associates LLP, an accounting firm which he started in 1985. He was elected as a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant in 2006. In 2018, James H Leckie Professional Corporation commenced operations as a sole practitioner.

Jim greatly enjoys his life’s work and takes pleasure in the challenges of an ever changing profession. He takes a personal interest in the activities of his clients and gets great delight from their individual achievements. Jim has also been very active in the Lloydminster and area community over the years.
